Wisconsin HCS, LLC, which is also known as and is doing business as “Classic Charm Cleaning and Lawn Care” ( collectively known as “W & C”)
W & C will provide a quote during the initial walk-through of the Client’s home. This is an estimate based on the initial walk-through, and the initial quote may change due to the changing condition of the space.
W & C does not guarantee the completion of the cleaning for the price quoted, if W & C arrives and the conditions have changed, the Client will be given a choice of a revised quote or terminate the cleaning at no charge.
If the Client would like to make changes or additions to the Service, Client must call W & C at least 72 hours in advance. The Client will be given a revised quote. W & C cannot guarantee additional Services for the same scheduled date.
W & C employees, contractors, and technicians (collectively known as “technicians”) are instructed to follow the Client's written Service requests. If the Client requests to add Services on the same day, technicians will need approval from W & C management and can not be guaranteed to provide the additional Services requested on the same day. If W & C approves the services, then the Client has entered into a verbal Agreement with W & C for those additional Services and will be billed the verbal quote for those additional Services.
If the Client requests additional Services while the technicians are on-site cleaning, the Client agrees to permit W & C to perform Services and that a verbal Agreement with all the same Terms and Conditions as this written Agreement applies to the verbal Agreement. The client will be held responsible for paying for the quoted Services.
W&C does not clean inside hutches, display areas, China cabinets, or nicknacks unless the Client explicitly requests such Services. Client will hold harmless and release W & C from any liability for damage or breakage to any items that Client explicitly request to be cleaned.
W & C is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear.
Client must notify W & C of any damage or loss claim within 24 hours of Services or W & C is not liable for such damage or loss.
The Client should have the area reasonably picked up and decluttered. If the area is cluttered and technicians need to take additional time to move the Client’s belongings to clean it, the client will be charged additional fees.
W & C reserves the option to reevaluate any rate at any time. The client is responsible for requesting the current rate and may not use the old Service contract for rates.
If Client believes that the area is not cleaned to a reasonable expectation and notifies W & C within 24 hours, W& C will send technicians within 3 business days to reclean the area to Client’s satisfaction. W & C does not offer refunds or discounts on the original bill in lieu of recleaning the area.
W & C provides all cleaning supplies and equipment, and its technicians are trained in their usage. If the Client requests that W & C use the Client’s own products or equipment or different products or equipment than the ones W & C uses, W & C will not be responsible for any damage resulting from their use. The client will also be required to sign a Product and Equipment Waiver. W & C cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the space when using products, supplies, or equipment other than what W & C provides.
W & C reserves the right to refuse to use different products and equipment.
W & C will require access to Client’s residence if Client wants Services, whether Client is present or not. If the technicians are sent away or locked out of the area to be cleaned between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., the Client will be charged the entire amount quoted.
The Client is responsible for disarming their residence before W & C arrives and for reactivating their alarm system after W & C leaves. W & C is not responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system, including charges from the police department or security company or other charges related to an activated alarm.
Technicians must have unrestricted access to all spaces that are to be cleaned. If the Client would like the technician to clean certain areas first or in a specific order, this may add cleaning time and an additional cost to their quote.
For the safety of both Parties, please notify the occupants of the residence of the date and time that W & C will be cleaning the residence. Please notify W & C of what occupants will be at residence while W & C are cleaning. W& C will not allow anyone into the residence while Client is not home. The Client must supervise all individuals Client allows into their residence while technicians are cleaning.
W & C is not responsible for re-cleaning an area if occupants cause it to need re-cleaning while or after W & C has initially cleaned it. If the Client would like the area recleaned, the Client will be charged an additional fee of $12 for every 15 minutes of cleaning. The cleaning time will be rounded up to 15 minutes for any partial period less than 15 minutes.
W & C will not clean any residence when there is a minor child or any adult under guardianship alone, without a parent or legal guardian present. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising minor children while W & C is cleaning.
Before technicians arrive, all pets must be secured outside or in a kennel, or rooms W & C are not scheduled to clean. W & C is not responsible for any pets that escape during the cleaning. W & C reserves the right to leave Client’s residence if the pet exhibits aggressive behavior, and Client will be charged the full cost of Services.
Before technicians arrive, please secure all valuables, collectibles, heirlooms, or any other similar items. Please clean up/declutter all areas to be cleaned and all pet waste.
By hiring W & C, the Client agrees to be responsible for full payment, communication, compliance with all policies, and abide by the terms of this agreement. W & C does not recognize third-party involvement.
For each employee working at the Premises, W & C will charge $46.65 per hour for Services. Additionally, W & C will charge $ for any accessories, chemicals, solvents, cleaning fluids, and any other supplies requested specifically by the Client per cleaning.
W & C accepts check, cash (in the exact amount), American Express, VISA Mastercard, and Discover. Please do not mail cash, W & C is not responsible for any lost payments due to Client mailing cash. There will be a charge of $45.00 for all NSF checks and a chargeback for declined cards. All unpaid balances will accrue a daily compounding fee of 1%. Payment for a one-time Service is due within 7 days of completion. Payment for recurring Services is due by the day of the next cleaning.
W & C does not clean animal waste on the floor or anywhere, cat litter boxes, or other animal environments (bird cages, fish tanks, etc.), insect infestations, rodent infestations, or biohazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids of any kind).
W & C is not a mold remediation company. W & C does not clean at any location that contains asbestos, mold, or occupational or health hazards as defined by OSHA or the local government health organization.
W & C will not clean high, out-of-reach areas or any place higher than a two-step ladder or window tracks, wash dishes, or clean outside the home.
W & C is not an organizing or decluttering company, nor does W & C move or lift items over 20 lbs. or dispose of large objects or electronics.
W & C does not clean inside washers, dryers, dishwashers, or hood ranges.
W & C will not touch or move weapons, firearms, or ammunition; these should be locked and securely stored during cleaning.
W & C does not clean any residences with illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia. Please lock or securely store all prescription drugs during cleaning.
Any objects, including but not limited to knives, needles, or sharps that may stick, poke, cut, or otherwise injure a technician, must be securely contained.
W & C requests that the Client refrain from smoking cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or any other substance inside the home when technicians are present. W & C reserves the right to cancel the appointment with full payment due to W & C if the Client does not refrain from smoking cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or any other substance while our technicians are cleaning.
